Measuring visit fees
The measuring visit fee is EGP 3,000 for Cairo, Giza, and nearby districts. The fee for other governorates is EGP 5,000.

Scheduled measuring visits may be cancelled and refunded when the conditions below are met.

To qualify for a refund, the measuring visit must be cancelled at least 24 hours before its scheduled time.
Card refunds
When an eligible visit was paid for by credit or debit card, Kitchino will reverse the authorization or submit the corresponding refund transaction.
Processing time
Kitchino will process eligible refunds as promptly as possible. The time for funds to appear may vary because of bank processing procedures, which are outside Kitchino’s control.
